House Rules

Relax and enjoy your stay!

No smoking on premises. $3500 fine will be assessed.

Be sure to request the correct number of guests. Each guest over the requested number will be $500.

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 11pm-8am.

No large events or parties allowed. A fine of $5,000 will be charged for ALL parties.

Please report any damages that occur during your stay immediately.

2 dogs 30lbs max each.

Checkout is 10am.

No parking on the road/street, only park in driveway to avoid towing. 3 car maximum.

No fireworks or floating lanterns permitted.

No recreational vehicles, camper trailers or ATV’s.

Cannot use community pools or lakes, sorry!

If excessive noise is reported, police will be called following a fine.
